How to Add a URL in the Facebook Group Information
Facebook groups do not function exactly like a personal profile or business page. Consequently, no labeled “Website” field exists where you can enter a link to another site.

The group administrator can still add a URL to your group, however, so members can be directed to another blog or a business website that relates to your group.

The URL will appear on the right side of the group for current members, and at the top of the group for potential members who have yet to be approved to see the full group page.

i. Log in to your Facebook account, or point your browser to the homepage if you are already on the site. The homepage is accessed by clicking on the Facebook logo located in the top left corner of every screen on the site.
