Fog lamps are standard, and the interior is dressed up with map lights, upgraded audio system, automatic temperature control, cruise control, deluxe carpeting, leather seat trim, metal/grain dash, and panel trim, and leather wraps for the steering wheel and shift knob. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, and an optional four-speed automatic.

GT options include a package including a power sunroof and an Infinity premium audio system with 360-watt amp with six speakers and subwoofer; the same package with 440-watt audio amp and leather seat facings; or buyers can go all the way and get the upgraded premium audio system, leather, and sunroof, with an anti-lock braking system.

Tiburon SE is powered by a 2.7-liter V6 and six-speed manual transmission. Its standard features include all of the premium options of the GT, plus a Kenwood AM/FM/CD/MP3 audio system, torque, voltage, and fuel consumption gauges, aluminum foot pedals, red aluminum brake calipers, and anti-lock brake system. The power-tilt sunroof ($750) is the only available option. The SE is a late-2005 model.
