Here’s How to Avoid Getting Your Account Terminated
We’ve all had an experience with a Facebook Marketplace seller who suddenly disappears. You were about to purchase a product from them, but then they just stopped answering your messages.
And before you know it, their Facebook page is gone and you find out that your money is gone too. As frustrating as this sounds, it doesn’t have to happen to you. Here are some of the most common violations that result in account termination:
- You don’t respond to customer service inquiries for 7 days or more
- You don’t deliver or provide after-sales service
- You use another person’s identity without their consent
- You post offensive content or images on public walls
- You violate the Marketplace Community Standards
- You attempt to abuse the system by creating duplicate accounts, violating Facebook’s terms of service, etc.
