How to Sign up Spectrum
If you’re a new subscriber or haven’t been in to your account in a while, you’ll need to set up a Spectrum username and password. This login enables you to log in to Spectrum.net and access our entire range of services, including viewing and paying your bill, as well as making account adjustments.
To secure your personal information online, we recommend that you use a strong password. You can add extra users after you’ve created your first username (the Primary user). New clients can create up to five usernames, allowing additional family members to do the same.
- From the Spectrum.net homepage, select Create a Username.
- Select Contact Info and enter the primary phone number or email address associated with your account.
- Confirm that you’re not a robot and select Continue.
- Verify Your Identity by receiving a code via text, email or a phone call.
Choosing Your Security Question
When you create your Spectrum account, you’ll be asked to select security questions to secure your account from unauthorized access. From time to time, you may be prompted to update your security questions.
