You can manage your payments, change the name and password of your WiFi network, troubleshoot your devices, and get individualized support anytime you need it with Xfinity My Account.
Use your Xfinity ID (email, username, or mobile device) to log in to the Xfinity My Account app or website, or say “My Account” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to see it on your X1 TV Box.
Signing in to your Comcast Email or Voicemail Service
- Visit xfinity.com and click the Email Email icon or Voice Voice icon icon in the screen’s top-right corner.
- Enter your Xfinity ID and password and click Sign In.
- After signing in, you’ll be redirected to Xfinity Connect, your dashboard for Comcast email and voicemail service.
- Access your email account by clicking Mail or your voicemail by clicking Voice.
