I myself experienced the same issue some time ago when I wanted to view my Facebook page while I was logged out.

However, I utilized what I’ll be sharing with you in this post to see my Facebook page while I was logged out.
Facebook categorically emphasized that if your Page has age or country restrictions, you won’t be able to see it when you’re logged out of Facebook.
However, to see your Facebook Page when you’re logged out, you’ll need to remove all age and country restrictions.
How to remove all age and country restrictions from your Facebook page:
1. Log into your account and go to your Page.
2. Click Settings at the top of your Page.
3. From General, click Country Restrictions,
4. Next, you’ll need to click x next to any listed countries
5. Now, click Save Changes.
6. Click Age Restrictions, select Anyone (13+) and click Save Changes.
If you’ve done that correctly, you’ll then be able to see your Facebook page whenever you logged out of Facebook.
