When you use Facebook to market your company, you rarely want to block users because it limits your ability to spread your message. Yet, you may feel the need to block a business Page follower after repeated unwanted or malicious contact. For example, a user may insult your company on the Page or post spam to it.

2. Open the Admin Panel if it isn’t already open. Click the “See All” link in the New Likes section to bring up a list of the followers of the Page.

3. Click the “X” next to the name of the person you wish to block.

4. Place a check mark in the box next to “Ban Permanently.”

5. You can also block a follower by clicking the “X” next to one of his posts on your business Page. Select “Delete” from the drop-down menu and choose “”Delete and Ban User” from the confirmation box that opens.
