Facebook only examine what the account is reported of, and if found out to be true, they immediately take down the account.
If you’re already logged in, your news feed will display. If not, enter your login details at the login section of the Facebook homepage and click on the login button to continue to your Facebook news feed ASAP.
2. Go to the profile you want to report. To do that, you’ll need to locate the name of the person on your news feed or type it into the search bar and click on the search button. Once the name of the person appears, click on it to continue to their profile.
3. Next, you’ll need to proceed to the bottom right corner of their cover photo and then click “…” This will cause a drop-down menu to appear.
4. Now, you’ll need to select Give feedback or report this profile from the drop-down menu. Doing that opens a new page with several options you’ll need to choose from.
5. Choose the reason for reporting the profile. Click one of the following options in the window that best describe what you’re reporting the profile for:
– Pretending to Be Someone
– Fake Account
– Fake Name
– Posting Inappropriate Things
– I Want to Help
– Something Else
6. You may need to select follow-up details if necessary. Bear in mind that if you selected either the Pretending to Be Someone option or the I Want to Help option, you’ll need to do the following:
Pretending to Be Someone — Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the “Who are they pretending to be?” section.
I Want to Help — Tap a reason (e.g., Suicide or Harassment) in the “Can you give us some more details?” section.
7. Your next step will be to click on the send button. So click send at the button of the pop-up box.
8. Finally, click Done. Clicking Done if prompted confirms you’ve successfully reported the profile on Facebook.

To report a profile on Facebook using iPhone, do this;
1. First, open Facebook. Do that by tapping on the Facebook app icon in your device.

ON ANDROID DEVICE
To report a profile on Facebook using Android devices, you’ll need to follow the above steps under iPhone devices.
However, bear in mind that you’ll need to log in to your Facebook account if you’re not already logged in. Do that by tapping on the Facebook app in your device and enter your login details as usual.
