Let’s get started… Facebook allows you to see a list of recent logins on your FB account. You can see the location, date, time, the name of the device and the IP address for each device.

How to see a list of devices 
Firstly, you have to login to your Facebook Account and click on the triangular-shaped icon in the top right corner. Select Settings from the menu that appears.

Secondly, navigate to the Security and Login Tab (See screenshot).

From the Security and login tab, you will see all the list of devices that were used to login to your account. If you notice any unknown device, IP, date, time or location – – head on and click on the three dotted drop down as shown on the screenshot below.

Next, click on “Not you” and follow instructions to secure your account from h*ckers. To log out from a specific device, click on “Log out”. To check the IP address of that particular login then hover your mouse over that device location data as shown below.

Alternative Method / Security Approach 
Enable Facebook Login Notifications
Facebook login notifications add an extra security feature to your Facebook account. Once you enable the login notifications, it will send you an alert if someone logs into your Facebook account from a new place or on a new device.

As usual, Login to your account and click on the drop-down icon triangular-shaped icon at the top right corner of your profile. Select Settings from the menu that appears.

Secondly, navigate to the Security and login tab

From the Security and login tab, scroll down and search for “Use two-factor authentication“, click on the Edit button beside it (See screenshot). Also, ensure to turn on “Get alerts about unrecognized logins“.

Select, “Set up” to enable two-factor authorization. This means that you must authorize each Facebook login attempt (via your phone) before you can access your account. So Facebook will always send an authorization SMS to your phone.

Next, a confirmation menu pop up, click on enable and follow the instructions.
