Lambo Veneno Features You Should Know

Lambo Veneno – Lamborghini is an Italian automobile manufacturer who has given so much to the industry by producing iconic automobiles that stand the taste of time. Though one of the most expensive car brands in the world, Lamborghini keeps producing unimaginable cars with features that will continue to woo the very rich to go for their product.

Lamborghini Veneno is one of those products. 13 units alone were produced globally to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary of which three of them came in the colors of the Italian flag (green, white and red). This car was introduced at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show with a US$4,000,000 price tag. Let take a tour around this magnificent marvel.

Dynamic Performance Of The Veneno
The Lamborghini Veneno is powered by the Aventador’s naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 engine with a top speed of 356 km/h (221 mph) and is estimated to go from 0–97 km/h (0–60 mph) in just 2.9 seconds. The car has a braking distance of 30m (98.0 ft) from 97–0 km/h (60–0 mph) and can produce 1.41 G while cornering. The increase in power of the Veneno was achieved by enlarging the air intake and modifying the exhaust system. It retained the 7-speed ISR automated manual transmission from Aventador with a new track setting for improved performance on a race track.

Lambo Veneno – This special and well-respected roadster was unveiled on the Italian naval aircraft carrier Cavour docked in Abu Dhabi’s Mina Zayed port in 2014 and also did feature at the 2014 Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show. The performance of the roadster remains identical to that of the coupé although the roadster is 50kg (110.2 lb) heavier than the coupé counterpart. The reason is simply because of the chassis reinforcing components to further boost its performance. The Veneno is Lamborghini’s interpretation of a racing prototype built for the road.

Lamborghini says the Veneno Roadster has no roof, not even a fabric top just a strong rollover bar for optimum safety. The layout was designed for downforce and best airflow with the huge aerodynamic wing. The rear fender is really a reference to the field of racing vehicles and optimizing the flow as well. The smooth underbody transitions into a diffuser framing the four ample exhaust pipes split by means of a splitter. Large openings function to ventilate direct airflow and the engine bay to the rear wing, connected to the car via an LMP-style central fin which is a three-way adjustable.

The layout of the unique alloy wheels measuring 20-inch at the front and 21-inch at the rear with a ring across the wheel rim functioning as a turbine to provide added cooling air for the carbon-ceramic braking system. The center-lock wheels allow for easy installation and removal as the car utilizes Pirelli P-Zero tires.

Lambo Veneno – Its unique “Rosso Veneno” paint color was created just for the Veneno Roadster. However, customizing the automobile to match individual private tastes is very possible with the Veneno. The Veneno exterior components are all made from CFRP, meeting global enrollment and safety conditions.

The Veneno interior featured sport bucket-seats and a digital instrument cluster. The low-mounted center console hosted the buttons for the gearbox and the start, which was under a red cap. The bucket seats were made out of Forged Composite materials.

Carbon fiber is also used in the Veneno Roadster interior within the vehicle across the sills along with the central tunnel. This carbon fiber CarbonSkin can be used to clad the headliner section of the seats and the whole cockpit. This fine-looking carbon-fiber matting chops off some weight of the automobile giving it the lightweight it needs for better aerodynamics.
