According to the Facebook Help Center, if your Facebook account has been disabled, you’ll see a message saying your account is disabled when you try to log in. If you don’t see a disabled message when you try to log in, you might be having a different login problem.
How to Login Facebook
To log in ton your Facebook account, do this;
1. Enter https://www.facebook.com in your browser and press the enter button
2. On the Facebook homepage, navigate to the log section and then do the following;
– Enter either your email address, mobile phone number, or username
– Enter your password
– Finally, click the login button to proceed to your account
Now if you’ve seen the block account message, it then means you’ve been disabled from accessing your account.

Below are some of the things that could lead to Facebook barring your account on the site;

4. Continuing behavior that’s not allowed on Facebook by violating FB Community Standards.
5. Contacting other people for the purpose of harassment, advertising, promoting, or other conduct that’s not allowed.
How to Recover Disabled Facebook Account

However, you need to bear in mind that in some cases Facebook may not issue a warning before disabling your account. And that they can’t restore accounts that were disabled for severe violations of the Facebook Community Standards.
