To clear or delete Facebook notifications, you can do the following;

1. Log in to your Facebook account by entering https://www.facebook.com in your browser.

2. Go to the top right corner of any Facebook and click on the small triangular-shaped icon to initiate a drop-down menu.

3. From the drop-down menu, click on Settings to continue to the account settings page.

4. Next, navigate to the left column of the new page that appears and click on notifications to continue to the notifications settings page.

5. Navigate to the “All Notifications” section of the page. A list of all notifications types appears, each with a check box next to it. Notifications you are subscribed to will have a check in the box, either under the “Email” column or the “Mobile” column.

6. Finally, select the checked box next to each notification type you wish to remove. This will remove the check mark from the box and remove you from receiving the selected notification.

– To remove red alert notifications that appear in the top left corner of the screen, click the globe icon and click “See All Notifications.” Click the “x” next to the notification you wish to remove.

– If you want to remove a pop-up notification that displays in the lower left corner of your page, simply hover over the notification and click the “x” that appears in the corner.
