Applying is free

The single most important fact: applying for NELFUND is completely free. No one legitimate charges a fee, and no agent can “guarantee” your loan or “speed it up” for money. If someone asks for payment, it's a scam.

Fake portals & agents

Scammers create look-alike websites and pose as “NELFUND agents” on social media. Only use nelf.gov.ng and portal.nelf.gov.ng — not links sent by strangers.

Protect your details
