Admission & JAMB CAPS

All admissions into Nigerian tertiary institutions are processed through CAPS. Here's how to navigate it.

The CAPS journey at a glance

  1. Log in to your JAMB profile (eFacility) and open CAPS.
  2. Check your admission status — it shows whether an institution has offered you admission.
  3. Accept or reject an offer inside CAPS. Accepting is what makes the admission yours.
  4. Print your admission letter after acceptance.

Institutions upload admission lists at different times through the season, so "no admission yet" often just means "not yet uploaded" — keep checking, and watch your institution's own announcements too.

Careful: only jamb.gov.ng and its eFacility portal are official. No third-party site — including this one — can check or influence your admission. Anyone promising admission for money is defrauding you.
