Answer: A (electric charge). A capacitor stores electric charge (and energy in an electric field).
How to use past questions the right way
Downloading a stack of old papers and reading the answers does almost nothing. Here is the method that actually raises Physics scores:
- Practise by topic first. Take one topic at a time until you can score consistently, then move on — far more effective than random full papers early on.
- Always read the explanation — even when you got it right. Understanding why is what transfers to a new question in the exam.
- Then practise timed. Once a topic is solid, drill it against the clock to build the ~40-second pace.
- Target your weak topics. Your results highlight where you lose marks — spend your time there, not on what you already know.

Where to get official past questions
The only official source of genuine JAMB past questions is JAMB itself, through its e-facility and approved materials at jamb.gov.ng. Treat any site selling “complete past questions and answers” or “2026 runs” with suspicion — many reproduce copyrighted material or are outright scams.
