The interview round
Candidates who clear screening are invited to an interview, where a selection committee assesses them in person. Bring your complete academic transcripts (prepare them in advance, as institutions can be slow). Expect questions on your field, your proposed study/research, and how it connects to Nigeria's petroleum sector and development — essentially, a live test of the case you made on paper.
