One application only
A rule that disqualifies people every cycle: submit only one application. Candidates who make multiple applications are automatically disqualified. Similarly, if you've already been sponsored by PTDF in a category (MSc/PhD), you can't reapply for the same or a lower category, and beneficiaries of another organisation's scholarship (or PTDF/NNPC staff) are not eligible. Applying is free on the official portal — anyone charging you is running a scam. Get it right once, carefully.
