What Cyber Security is about
Cyber Security is the practice of protecting computers, networks, software and data from unauthorised access, attack, damage and theft. It covers both defensive security (hardening systems, monitoring and responding to threats) and offensive testing (ethical hacking to find weaknesses before criminals do), along with cryptography, risk and governance.
