What the NECO GCE is
The NECO GCE, officially the SSCE External, is the November/December NECO exam for private candidates — people who have left school or want to improve their grades. It is accepted for admission on equal terms with the school SSCE and with WAEC.
Who can register
Anyone who has completed secondary school and is no longer a current SS3 student. Your name on NECO must match your other identity documents.

Combining with WAEC
